Returns & Exchanges:

We hope you're happy with your purchase! However, returns or exchanges are only accepted in the following cases:

• You received an incorrect item
• The item has a manufacturing defect
• An item is missing from your order

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Options:

Kung Fu Tea Ontario delivers within Worldwide, standard shipping rates apply unless specified. Deliveries can only be made to locations with a street address or rural route number with postal code. Deliveries to rural / remote areas and the Territories might require additional shipping charges.

We cannot deliver to PO boxes.

 

Shipping Costs:

Shipping rates are determined by weight, size and destination. When you provide a postal code on the shopping cart checkout page, you will receive the most accurate shipping cost based on the items in your cart. Your postal code, the cubic volume and weight of your order are used to calculate and obtain an estimated shipping cost. You will be charged the actual dollar value of the shipping quote displayed during checkout.

Although we make every effort to ensure these quotes are accurate, we reserve the right to refuse orders with major discrepancies between shipping quote and our actual shipping cost.

Pricing & Taxes:

The prices displayed on this site are quoted in Canadian dollars and are valid and effective only within Canada, and such prices do not include shipping and handling fees (unless otherwise indicated) or sales taxes, if applicable, which will be added to your total invoice. The customer is responsible for the payment of any shipping and handling charges and taxes that may apply to the order.

 

Taxes & Brokerage:

As required by Canadian law, taxes will be applied to the total order (cost of goods plus all shipping fees). This will be reflected in the order total at checkout. All applicable taxes will be charged based on the province the order is being shipped to.
